Artist submissions, copyright and licensing
AudioFuze Digital is a digital marketplace and distributor. The artist, label or other person submitting a track remains solely responsible for the track, recording, composition, artwork, metadata and every licence, clearance and permission required for its sale and distribution.
By submitting or listing content, the submitter confirms that they own or control the necessary rights, that the information supplied is accurate, and that the content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights. Submission review is an editorial and technical check only; it is not a legal verification or transfer of responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioFuze Digital is not liable for claims, losses, takedown requests or disputes arising from a track supplied by a submitter. The submitter must deal with those claims and indemnify AudioFuze Digital for losses caused by a breach of these warranties. We may reject, suspend or remove content where rights or compliance are unclear.
